The service

PicResell uses AI to edit photos of clothing you upload. AI results can vary and may occasionally alter details of an item. You are responsible for checking that any image you use in a listing accurately represents the item you are selling.

Your content

You must own or have the right to use any photo you upload. You keep ownership of your photos and edited results. You grant us permission to process them solely to provide the service.

Acceptable use

  • No photos of people without their consent, and no illegal, offensive or infringing content.
  • No use of edited images to mislead buyers about an item's condition or authenticity.
  • No automated or excessive use beyond the fair-use limits.

Limitation of liability

PicResell provides tools designed to help resellers improve the quality and presentation of their product photographs. While we aim to provide a reliable and useful service, we cannot guarantee increased sales, profits, customer engagement, or specific business results.

Users are responsible for reviewing the images generated by our website before publishing or using them. PicResell is not responsible for inaccurate image alterations, misleading product representations, or issues arising from how users choose to use the generated images.

We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control or for indirect losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from your use of PicResell shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, where applicable.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to your circumstances.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally permitted.
