What we collect

• Account details: your email address and sign-in information.
• Photos you upload and the edited images we create for you.
• Usage records: which editing style you used, when, and whether it succeeded.
• Subscription details from our payment provider (we never see or store full card numbers).

How your photos are processed

When you request an edit, your photo is stored privately in your account and sent to our AI image provider (accessed via Lovable's AI service) to create the edited version. The result is saved privately to your account. Only you can access your photos; signed links expire after one hour.

Retention and deletion

Photos are kept until you delete them. You can delete individual photos or your entire account from your account page at any time. Deleting your account removes your photos, usage history and login straight away. Leftover copies of account records in our secure automatic backups are permanently removed within 30 days.

Legal basis

We process your data to provide the service you signed up for (contract) and to keep the service secure (legitimate interests).

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data by contacting PicResellsSupport@gmail.com. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
