Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Plans

• Standard — £10.99 per month: 20 successful edited images per billing period. Unused images do not roll over.
• Premium — £25.99 per month: unlimited edits subject to fair use (up to 150 per billing period and 40 per day).
• Deluxe — £39.99 per month: 800 successful edited images per billing period. Unused images do not roll over.
• Credit top-ups — £0.25 per credit, minimum £5 (20 credits), one-off payment with no subscription. 1 credit = 1 successful edited photo; credits don't expire and are used before any plan allowance.

What counts

Only successfully completed edits count towards your allowance. Failed attempts are never counted. Each photo uses 1 from your allowance, however many editing options you tick on it.

Fair use

Each AI edit has a real processing cost. Fair-use limits keep Premium sustainable and protect against automated abuse. Short bursts of very rapid requests may be briefly paused.

Free trial

Both plans start with a 3-day free trial. You add your payment details to start it, but nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you pay nothing; if you keep the plan, billing starts automatically at the price shown above once the trial ends.

Renewal

Plans renew automatically each month on the same date until cancelled. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing period.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

At PicResell, we want our customers to be satisfied with our service. We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact our support team at PicResellsSupport@gmail.com within this period. Refund requests made after 14 days may not be accepted. All refund requests are subject to review and applicable consumer protection laws.
